Human Design Coaching – individual guidance offers an in-depth exploration of your Human Design, delivered in either three or six sessions. Sessions take place every 14 days, with each session lasting one hour, allowing you the time and space to consciously integrate the insights into your everyday life. This approach, supported by open questions and real-life practical examples, provides one of the most effective ways to truly understand and apply Human Design in a lived, embodied way.
Beyond understanding your design, the coaching also addresses challenges and obstacles that arise in your life. Through various tools and techniques used in the process, we gently bring awareness to limiting patterns and help release what is holding you back from living your true potential.
