6. Payment Methods
Users can pay for services using the following methods:

- Google Pay
Payment must be made in full before the service begins, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Service Delivery Time
The general delivery time for Human Design consultations or book creation is up to 30 business days from receipt of full payment and all required customer information. The exact delivery time is determined individually.
8. Withdrawal from the Contract
The user may withdraw from the order within 10 days of offer confirmation, provided that the service has not yet been performed. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the operator’s email address.
If the service has already been partially or fully performed, a refund is not possible.
9. Liability
The operator does not guarantee the achievement of specific results, as these depend on numerous factors and the individual. All services are used at the user’s own responsibility.
10. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable legislation. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
The operator will strive to resolve any disputes amicably. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the court in Ljubljana. The operator does not recognize any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.
